防爆控制箱外壳采用钢板焊接或铸Aluminum alloy或者304不锈钢压铸成型， 表面高压静电喷塑，产品整体一般采用隔爆型外壳和增安型外壳组合成的复合型结构。

隔爆型外壳内装元件可装防爆按钮、防爆元件、防爆信号灯、防爆转换开关及防爆仪表等防爆元件和交流接触器、热继电器、温控器及各种功能模块等普通电器元件；增安型外壳内装按钮、控制开关、仪表等均为防爆元件。
